In order to avert this negative development, I on behalf of my trusted colleagues now seek your permission to have you stand in as next of kin to Our late Customer so that the fund will be released and paid into your account as the beneficiarys next of kin now that the bank is still expecting a next of kin or relative of the deceased. A little about myself. I am 27 years old and I am a principal downhill race driver for my own team, Go Munglers! I have been racing for 10 years now and have so far - knock wood - not been defeated. I did have a most unfortunate accident last year when a flying badger crashed into my windshield during a race and I was hospitalized for a while. The results of that race were wiped from the records when my opponent and his team vanished in gruesome circumstances.

The bank have finally responded, I am pleased to say. Their board of directors are currently discussing my application. I am not too optimistic of them reaching a decision by summer though - in my experience all directors do is sit around all day eating noodles and watching pornography. I only hope these guys are more professional.
So you want to invest in real estate, eh? Pretty good market but also damn expensive. What sort of properties are you interested in? Let me know and I'll look into it for you. Bear in mind that you will need to do some work before your immigration papers can be considered, but we'll deal with that later.
I personally will be investing all the money into my racing team. I'm tired of paying Top Secret their exorbitant prices to tune my cars, and the less said about my mechanics the better. A change of staff and fleet will be splendid. I will also be hiring a hit squad to eradicate any and all flying badgers in Japan.
Indeed, after being undefeated for 10 years I am something of a champion. Each race wins 6.5million yen and there are 20 races per year. That's a lot of loot! I would like to say that the success is down as much to my staff as it is my driving, but that would be a complete lie.

The bank have sent me a ridiculous list of documents that they need to be sent for some ungodly reason. I've pasted in their email so you can get to work on knocking up the required bumph.

Many thanks for your mail , as matter of fact i must confess i am very happy that the transaction is really moving and i know in some few couple of days we must have our fund in your account bi am very happy about and i have started making plans of getting my visa ready to come over to your country , i will inform you when it is ready .

I can understand that the mistake is not suppose but we have to put every thing aside ,the excuse or the mistake is not enought for the bank to reject teh service of the lawyer , already our fund file is with the peace and peace chamber and this chamber have rendered some services for us because i saw the lawyer some time in the bank i think they are working to make sure teh ban,k did not delay the transfer , the lawyer peace and peace chambers are the strongest lawyers among all the lawyers our bank here have as accredited lawyers.

The bank have apologized and offered a rather paltry $200 discount on their fee. Still, if you don't ask you don't get.
As my share of the money will ultimately be invested into my racing team, I am going to withdraw the funds from my business account. That being the case I need a proper invoice from the lawyers. Once I get that I will begin procedures to release the cash.

This is twisting my melon even more than ever now. Last I heard off the lawyers was an email asking for $4,680 and $2,680. Now you're talking about $2,560. I cannot go into the bank and say "Oi oi, I need some money to pay some lawyer in Africa. No I don't know how much money I need and neither do they." - they will laugh in my face.

There is a simple expanation for all of this. I phoned the bank to arrange transfer of funds to Peace and Peace, but the manager needed the signature of myself and Takumi to release the funds as Takumi is a partner. Takumi met me there. On the way back one of those FULKING flying bastards smashed into my car AGAIN - if I had taken my Skyline it is fitted with Anti-badger radar and the accident could have been avoided. I crashed into a load of junk and was knocked out and had to spend the night in hospital.
In the meantime, Takumi accessed my email to see if any business emails had come it. He thought he would help by telling you what happened and you decided to flame him, god knows why. I do not find any of these events particularly amusing so I take umbrage at your suggestions of tomfoolery.
I have sent the lawyers the information regarding the money transfer. Hopefully things can get back on track now.

I have some alarming news!
I went to the bank to find out what happened to the money transfer. The manager took me into his office and informed me that the account in the name of Udoye Chinedu Gerald is listed as "potentially dangerous" and is currently under scrutiny by the police! Apparently some confidence tricksters, frurdstars and scammers are using such accounts to receive stolen money.
Thankfully my bank clawed my money back before it cleared in the account and my 300,000 is now safely back in my pocket.
I know this criminal case is nothing to do with a law firm like yourselves so I can only assume that something heinous is going on without your knowlege.
Please liase with Mikhail and hopefully we can find another form of payment that won't involve scumbag thieves.

For your information I will tell you what I told Kuffa at the lawyers: the account details they gave me were rejected by the bank as the recipient is currently under some kind of covert investigation by the cops. Apparently he (Udoye Thingie Gerald) may be involved with some scam activities. The bank managed to get my money back thankfully. I'm sure Peace and Peace aren't involved in any illegal activities and you work for a bank so you must be trustworthy - if a little erratic and short tempered.
