He is from London as he told me but married with a Brazilian woman without having a kid with him.They have been divorced many years ago.I ask him what brought the divorced of his dear wife and he told that it is do some family problelm which is best known to them.I attach the photo passport of late Mr Clifford White for you to knows him well that he is not your relatives and only he bears the same last name with you.This is the passport which he used to registered in my Chamber as i am his attorney.

Good evening,I have made some progress. I have secured one approval paper today. Dear Camille,
I went to they bank for them to start the transfer process and they told me to go and get CERTIFICATE OF LEGALITY.This certificate is from Ministry of Finance here.As i went to get they certificate and i was told that they certificate is $3.550usd.I have only $2.300usd with me so am totally confused.
I was not meant to ask you for money to do this transaction. I had wanted to pay for all the expenses for this transaction and i have been doing so. I have even borrowed so much money to reach to this stage of the transaction. I thought i will go even farther than this in paying for the expenses but i was constrained to come to you for help when i saw that i could not bear all the cost of the CERTIFICATE OF LEGALITY.I could not afford to pay all the money for the certificate as it is much. That was why i was compelled to asked you to raise atleast USD1.250usd to complete the money.I do hope you know what CERTIFICATE OF LEGALITY is meant for? I have been thinking of investing my own ratio of this funds to Agricultural Equipments in your Country.Did you think it is a good idea?? My dear Camille,
This mail will meet you well overthere.You ask me the meaning of CERTIFICATE OF LEGALITY???
They bank manager told me to get the CERTIFICATE OF LEGALITY unfailingly because any money over USD$1M (One million United States Dollars) which is to be transferred out of any bank in this country must require this Document since the 9/11 attack of the World trade centre in the United States. They said it is the agreement reached by our government and the United states government to check terrorists and drug money. They need to know if the money being transferred out of this country is clean money.
That is why the document is needed and this should be good for us.
Now the problem which I keep telling you is that I do not have all the money to get this document. I borrowed so much money to get us this far in the transaction. The people who I borrowed money from are on my neck now disturbing me for their money. I thought we should have been through with this thing by now so that I should have paid them back.
The painful fact which I have not even told you was that I took my wives Gold pendant which was the first ever gift I gave her and sold it to get money for this deal. I hope to buy her a better one after this but she has not known that I have sold the Gold pendant.
I need your help and assistance. Do not make this seem like I am the only person involved in this matter. The bank people are even worried as we are not making any effort to resolve this transaction. I do not sleep any more because of this problem. I do not concentrate again in my place of work.
PLEASE I NEED YOUR HELP IMMEDIATELY.
