<judith_david@voila.fr>

Dear Sir/Ma,
Good evening to you in the name of our Lord. Please permit me to use this medium to thank you once more for given me this avenue to explain my problem to you , But firstly, i will like to introduce myself to you so that you will understand and comprehend my point clearly. My name is Judith Abdulrasak Makoulou with my younger brother David,we are from congo democratic republic in the east africa.

[We think "Judith" and "David" are neither Judith nor David nor are they from Congo. That's just our opinion. What do we know.]

Presently we are in cotonou Benin republic as political refugees as a result of the war in my country which left to the death of our dearly parents. Iam still a student and my brother too in my country high school where iam studying medicine while brother David is studying mechanical engineering.I will be 24 years old by the 14th of september while my brother is 21 years old.

Please we need your concerns and assistance because the war has claimed the life of both our darling father and mother leaving us alone in this world. Before the death of our father, he used my name as the beneficiary/owner to deposit some huge amount of money WHICH VALUED AT $9MILLION UNITED STATE DOLLARS in a finance house here in republic of benin.Th situation is that considering that we entered here as refugee and the financial law of this country does not alow refugees access to operate account in their country.

Please what we need from you is your presence here in benin to help us settle the finance house for their clearing fee and open an account with your name in any bank here in benin I will submit your particulars to the finance house to effect the change of the ownership of the money in your name as the new beneficiary and after they will change the name to your favour and relodge the money into the new account you are going to open in the bank here you will then instruct the bank here to further transfer to any of your nominated account in your country.

But before then, you will promise that you are going to accept us as your own family by taking to your family house in your country, arrange for a better school where we will continue our education and to invest this money wisely in a lucrative venture you know.our late father and the financial house had an agreement when the money will be in their custody and if we fail to come and claim the money as agreed, they may confiscate that will cause a terrible effect to our life as the hope of our future existance depend on the sefety of this huge amount.

please if you are ready to help us, please kindly forward to us the following below informations so that the documents can be effect in your favour as the new beneficiary so that once you arrive and do the clearing and open the new accout you will then have access to the money.

WE NEED YOUR FULL NAME, ADDRESS AND TELEPHONE/FAX NUMBERS .THIS WILL ENABLE THE CHANGE OF THE OWNERHSIP IN YOUR FAVOUR AS THE NEW BENEFICARY OF THE MONEY.NOTE ANOTHER ALTERNATIVELY IS STILL HERE IF YOU CANNOT COME DOWN TO BENIN REPUBLIC WHERE WE ARE PRESENTLY WHERE OUR VISA WILL BE OUT SOON FOR OUR TRAVEL OUT OF THIS . WE HAVE ALSO APPLIED FOR THEM TO RELEASE OUR MONEY TO WHOMEVER WE NOMINATE AS THE PERSON WE EMPOWER TO HELP US CLEAR OUR MONEY AND AS THE NEW BENEFICIARY EITHER IN BENIN REPUBLIC OR IN THEIR AFFILIATE OFFICE IN SPAIN.IN HOLLAND ALSO YOU WILL BE REQUIRED TO HELP US SETTLE FOR THE CLEARANCE FEE AND YOU WILL NEED ALSO TO OPEN AN ACCOUNT IN THE BANK THEIR WHERE THEY WILL RELEASE AND DEPOSIT FOR YOU, ONLY FOR YOU WILL INSTRUCT THE BANK TO FURTHER TRANSFER TO ANY ACCOUNT YOU WILL NOMINATE ANY PLACE .

ONCE THIS IS DONE,YOU WILL FROM THERE SEND TO US MONEY FOR THE PURCHASE OF OUR TICKET. PLEASE INDICATE YOUR WILLINGLESS TO HELP USBY FORWARDING FOR US THE FOLLOWING INFORMATIONS.

1)YOUR FULL NAME. 2)YOUR TEL/FAX NUMBERS.

UPON THE RECEIPT OF THE ABOVE INFORMATIONS WE WILL INTRODUCE YOU TO FINANCIAL HOUSE FOR YOUR DISCUSSION WITH THEM.MAY GOD ALMIGHTY CONTINUE TO BLESS YOU AND YOUR ENTIRE FAMILY AS YOU HELP US.HAVE A NICE DAY AS WE AWAIT YOUR POSITIVE DECISION TO HELP US. FROM JUDITH AND DAVID:

We will be happy to assist you, provided you swear a temorary Oath of Allegiance to Her Majesty.

Are you prepared to do this?

Yours ever,

Lady Agatha Bristol, CBE
Head of Special Operations, Foreign Office, London

Judith and David

Dear Lady Agatha,

Greetings to you, First I apologize for my inappropriate address to your name. After due consultation with my brother I decided to let you know our feelings. We do not know what kind of temorary Oath of Allegiance we are to swear. but if that will not expose our life and inheritance to risk we will go along. Also we will need you to also pleage your full Allegiance to us that our life and inheritance will not be at risk of any kind. Please this is our life and all we hope for in life to contune our education and build our life. I belive this will make us one family.

Please explian to us what kind of "temorary Oath of Allegiance " and how we will do it, as we have not done this kind of thing before in our life, I hope you understand our fear.

Whan ever you are contacting the lawyer introduce your self as our later fathers business partner Andrew Abdulrasak Makoulou, whenever you contact him copy to us.

We await your response.
Warm regards.

Lady Agatha Bristol

My dear Judith and David,

Thank you for your note.

Taking a temporary Oath of Allegiance is very simple.

Please scan in your photograph along with this text:

'We, Judith and David, being of sound minds, do by humble merkin swear in pro-twiglets and the most discombobulated manner to assist Her Majesty Queen Elizabeth II in all areas of her Right Royal Business.'

Sign it and send it back to me, please. Do not worry about confidentiality; we in the Special Operations Department look after Her Majesty's Government's interests at home and abroad, handling billions of pounds each day, discreetly and efficiently.

We will ensure you get exactly what you deserve - have no fear.

Therefore, my most trusted operative, Lonslo Tossov, will examine your Oath and perform basic security checks.

Finally, I am not at all sure what you mean by approaching the lawyer. Please clarify your intentions on this matter. We cannot afford any embarassment or illegality - the Bowden/Levy Affair was almost too much to bear.

Yours ever,

Lady Agatha Bristol, CBE
Head of Special Operations, Foreign Office, London

Judith and David

Dear Lady Agatha,

Also you have to understand that there are documents to be signed by you which the lawyer will sent to you to sign and return after you must have sent the required information( That is ; your Full name, Address, phone and fax number) to effect the changes on the documents to reflect your name as the beneficiary and this has to be done by the lawyer (Attorney). Please if you are ready to assist us do let us know.

The Attorney's contact are as follows:

My dear Judith and David,

This is most improper.

I should have thought our instructions to you were perfectly clear; just type out the text of the Oath, add your photograph, sign the document and send it back.

Surely that cannot be too hard. Chief Um Bongo from Skull Island signed one just the other day.

Please do hurry.

Lady Agatha Bristol

Date: Sat Jan 31, 2004 8:56:49 AM US/Pacific

My dear Nafis,

Thank you for your note.

Please do not concern yourself with a piffling amount like $7,700. We have set aside a considerable budget for this project.

We do, however, have one or two questions of our own, and would appreciate prompt answers:

i) Is this a Pro-Twiglets transaction, or a Vas Deferens funds transfer?

ii) Does the Exclucia-Bowden Rule come into the equation, or is this merely a Kuzdardz Law extensia?

iii) Have you made adequate provision for a Gluteus Maximus Fund, or TARDIS transaction?

Thank you for your note. It is always such a pleasure to hear from you. Even our Head of International Diplomacy, Lonslo Tossov, was moved to a smile upon reading of your various requests.

We are more than happy to pay you as much as necessary; as I may have outlined, we have $50,000 set aside for this project.

However, due to security concerns, we always pay our suppliers in cash and in person. We can be in your little country in the next day or so.

I trust this is acceptable. We are so pleased with your progress that Her Majesty has mentioned awarding you with The Order of the Bed-Pan - exactly what you deserve for such sterling service, in my view.

My dear Judith and David,

I must admit that we are starting to lose interest in this scheme.

We have been in constant contact with Mr. Nafis, and have advised him that we have $50,000 set aside for this project; yet you all do not seem to be able to communicate effectively.

In fact, Chief Um Bongo from Skull Island has contacted me this morning, and Princess Candice is tempted to invest in his scheme. To quote Her Highness, 'I wouldn't trust David and Judith to run a whelk stall'.

As President George W Bush said to me on the telephone last night, 'either ship up or ship out', to use the vernacular.

Now please do try and stay up to date!

My dear Judith and David,

Thank you for your message. It is always a pleasure to hear from you.

I am afraid that relations with Mr Nafis, your lawyer, are not as conducive to a successful transaction as we would like.

For a native he seems a perfectly agreeable fellow; but his telephone doesn't work and he seems to lose all the documentation we carefully prepare.

I suggest you call him to discuss this matter - I am due to speak to Chief Um Bongo from Skull Island (do you know him?) as he seems to be offering more favourable - and, dare I say, professional - terms of business.

Badesmond Okpora or John Nafis

DEAR MS Lady Agatha Bristol, NOTE, I AM STILL WAITING TO HEAR FROM YOU WITH THE INFORMATION OF THE WESTERN UNION TO ENABLE ME PROCEED IN THIS TRANSACTION.

BELOW IS THE INFORMATION TO SEND THE MONEY BY WESTERN UNION.

BARR JOHN NAFIS ESQ

[Actually immediately he receives the money he will have scammed Lady Agatha (not likely). But you knew that.]

My dear Judith and David,

Thank you for your note.

I am not sure if you are aware of with whom you are dealing.

We represent the interests of Her Majesty's Government at home and abroad. Our budget is worth billions of pounds. Our tactics include propaganda, Black Ops and the removal, destabilisation and elimination of elements harmful to our interests.

In short, I am not used to such amateurism. I suggest you contact Mr. Nafis yourself before we lose interest altogether.

We are prepared to make allowances, given that your little country is barely civilized; however, Her Royal Highness Princess Candice is not at all impressed with your native antics.

We have set aside over $50,000 for this project yet you do not seem to be in the slightest bit interested in it! I am afraid that I shall have to contact Chief Um Bongo from Skull Island to give him an answer in the affirmative if you cannot deal with this mess yourselves.

Yours,

Lady Agatha Bristol, CBE
Head of Special Operations, Foreign Office, London

My dear Judith and David,
I note from my inbox that your new chap has contact me.
We are pleased that you have decided to change your legal representation. It is always regretful when one has to take a step like this.
I shall contact your new lawyer but he will have to swear a new Oath of Allegiance.

Dear Mr. Binouyo,

Thank you for your note.

Firstly, please note that the correct form of address is Lady Agatha Bristol, CBE. I am female and a member of Her Majesty's Government, not one of your village elders!

Secondly, Her Majesty will only conduct business with outsiders who have sworn a Temporary Oath of Allegiance.

Are you prepared to do this?

Yours sincerely,

My dear Binouyo,

Thank for your note.

Please note that Lady Agatha is the correct form of address, old thing.

Your Oath of Allegiance, whilst aesthetically pleasing, is not correct.

We need you to type the following text onto headed paper, scan in your photo and sign it:

'I, Barrister Eric Binouyo, do by humble merkin swear in Pro-Twiglets to assist the Royal Family in all discombublated matters pertaining to their Right Royal Business.'

My dear Judith and David,

Thank you for your note. Whilst we are very pleased with your new lawyer, his native excitement at dealing with the Royal House rather got the better of him.

He did indeed send an Oath but it was sadly inadequate. We have, however, instructed him to supply us with another.

I am pleased to tell you that Sir Hugh Janus, Chancellor of the Exchequer, has authorised a special extra payment of £5,000 to you as compensation for the delay in finding another legal representative. They must be thin on the ground in the Colonies.

Thank you for your e-mail.

The attachment, however, does not open. I am not sure if you have access to Western computer technology to remedy this situation.

Perhaps you could speak to your witch doctor or village elders about this.

Do hurry, there's a good chap.

Dearest Lady Agathga Bristol,
Thanks for your mail . Iam suprised that you were not able to open the attachment sent to you . The first one was sent with the same option and also from the same computer . Have attached once again the copy registered with JPEG option.
I don't know reason why you're refering me to the elders of my village . Be informed that I'm a qualified lawyer and I do not have anything to do with the elders from my village . If you wish to engage me to help you obtain all the necessary documents to conclude your deal with your associates , lets go straight to the point and then we shall move forward instead of exchanging of mails without any progress. I WILL APPRECIATE IF YOU COULD FURNISH ME WITH ALL YOUR CONTACTS INFORMATIONS SUCH AS TEL , FAX ETC ................ to facilitate communication between ourselves or do call me on my direct line 00229-94-15-33 .

My dear Binouyo,

Thank you for your note.

I am unsure what to make of your comment about how you hoped we were not coming to Africa.

We would like to come to your little country, and pay you in person. Her Majesty always does business this way, especially with the Bowden Gin and Custard Company.

When would be convenient for us to meet you? Please prepare suitable lodgings, but not under our real names. Please use the following:

Lady Agatha Bristol, CBE = Mrs. Sybil Fawlty
Agent Ilichy Miracsky = Basil Fawlty
Michael Montague Barrymore = Manuel

That will do nicely. Please let us know when we are to meet you.

Dearest Lady Agatha Bristol ,
Thanks for your mail which give me strenght to serve

to ensure me of your arrival here in Cotonou and to
also open a file for you in my office as it is done
all over the world . I am a very busy person and I have to avoid other programs to serve you , that is why I need this payment before your arrival here . Dearest Lady Agatha,

Dear Judith and David,

This is most irregular.

Chief Um Bongo from Skull Island seems to be able to contact me. I really do not see why your lawyer cannot undertake the simplest of tasks.

I suggest you undertake a review of your legal representation before we lose interest all together.

Eric Binouyo (new "lawyer")

Dearest Lady Agatha,
Thanks for your mail .It is very encouraging for us to conclude this commercial transaction. will appreciate it if you could scan the specific power of attorney for the full representation of the principal Lady Agatha BRISTOL , In the event she cannot attend personally . No doubt you will appreciate the almost discretion accorded to this enterprise. You would urgently need to send me my retainership by Western Union in order for me to accelerate my services and complete the essential preparation pre- your arrival in Cotonou, otherwise, we will be subject to the usual time protocol. You should let me know immediately you have reserved the accommodation at your selected Hotel, so that your security would be undertaking. Please let me have your accessible direct telephone number in order to talk with you once before your arrival here in Cotonou . ItÕs look unsecured that you would like to engage me for a service and we did not have at least once spoken to each other via telephone . I suggested may be youÕre always engaged doping other things that is why you did not even tried to call me . I would like to hear your voice via phone upon receipt of this mail or do provide me with your accessible direct number to call you. You already have mine .
Please respond accordingly in view of urgency.
Sincere respect

This situation is rather trying.

We have called your number four times and it is constantly engaged.

I have made it clear that we cannot release security details and we have also advised you that we are happy to pay you over the odds for what is, if I may say, a shambolic service.

Perhaps we should contact Chief Um Bongo after all.

Dearest Lady Agatha Bristol ,
Iam very suprise to not record any reaction from you

My dear Eric,

When would be convenient for us to travel to your little country?

As ever,

Lady Agatha Bristol, CBE
Head of Special Operations, Foreign Office, London

Eric Binouyo (new "lawyer")

Dearest Lady Agatha Bristol,
In matter of fact , Iam so reluctant regarding this your business , because frankly speaking Iam also worried about your identification . It seem unsecured to give my service to someone and I don't know , who I never seeing before . It have been noticed that you always divert my questions . What is the big deal in sending me your accessible direct phone number, to at least speak with you once before your arrival .
I will appreciate if your number can be send to me unfaillingly tomorrow . You already have mine , but according to you, you'd tried several times to reah me, but no success .Other people are calling everyday from England . I don't know what you desired , but I can never accept to even meet you whenever you will come to cotonou if your proiper identification cannot be revealed to me as your lawyer. Accepted that you are proctecting your integrity but not up to that level . I will be obliged to withdraw my self in this deal if your proper identification can not be revealed to me . Concerning your arrival in cotonou , you're in the right position to know when will be convenient for you to come over . If everything goes on according to my taste , I can even ask you to come Tommorrow if you wish .
NB: Your proper identification is needed and moreso I need a power of attorney from Lady Agatha Bristol if eventually she cannot attend personaly .
Awaiting your prompt response

My dear Eric,

This is most improper.

We have been honest with you from the moment we decided to act on your clients' e-mail - which, I might add, was totally unsolicited.

Indeed, were it not for the Special Operations Department, this transaction would never have even commenced. Sir Ted Bundy, Deputy Chief Secretary to the Treasury, was very dismissive.

We have offered you a generous financial incentive to accept a face-to-face meeting, yet you spurn us.

I find it bizarre, to say the least, that you doubt our integrity. My private office line is 00 44 906 445 1111.

Perhaps we can put this episode down to native impatience, but we are prepared to fly to meet you within the next 24 yours.

Think about it, Eric.

I am very suprised and disturbed that the second telephone number provided to me cannot link me with you . I have spend the whole day calling you without no reponse . Thank you for your note. It is always a pleasure to hear from you.

This telephone communications problem is most bizarre. Sir Kenneth Williams, our Head of Telephone Lines, is bemused.

The only solution is for us to meet you face to face.

Can we arrange this?

DEAREST LADY AGATHA,
I HOPE MY PREVIOUS MAIL WAS SUCCESSFULLY DELIVERED TO YOU ? COULD YOU PLEASE LERT ME KNOW WHAT IS WRONG WITH ALL THE TELEPHONES NUMBERS PROVIDED TO ME .I DO BELIEVE THAT YOU'RE A LADY OF GREAT VALUE AND CAN NEVER TELL ME THAT YOU DON'T EVEN ANY ACCESSIBLE TELEPHONE NUMBER TO REACH YOU .
YOU CAN UNDERSTAND THAT I WAS RIGHT TO BE RELUCTANT TO GIVE YOU MY SERVICE , YOU CALLED SHABOLIC SERVICE , BUT THAT IS NOT MY CONCERN BECAUSE A SERVICE IS A SERVICE WHETHER IS SHAMBOLIC OR NOT , IS UP TO YOU TO MAKE YOUR APPROVAL AND DETERMINATION
.
IN MATTER OF FACT I CANNOT UNDERSTAND YOU ANY MORE .ARE YOU SERIOUS TO HELP YOUR ASSOCIATES OR NOT ? I HAVE A LOTS OF DOSSIERS AT HAND AND I WILL NOT PREFER THE SITUATION WHEREBY I WILL ABANDON OTHER JOBS BECAUSE OF YOU WHICH WILL NOT COME THROUGH . I AM INSTING OBLIGATORY TO HAVE YOUR ACCESS AND DIRECT NUMBER TO AT LEAST TALK TO YOU ONCE OR DO CALL ME IMMEDIATELY YOU RECEIVE THIS MAIL .

My dear Eric,

Thank you for your note.

I agree that the lack of telephonic discourse has proved a stumbling block to the expediency of this transaction.

However, I should make the following points:

i) You have signed an Oath of Allegiance to Her Majesty. You are now trusted and true.

ii) We have been in constant negotiations to secure extra funding from Sir Hugh Janus, the Chancellor, and have $50,000 ready in used currency.

Surely we have been in correspondence for long enough to arrange a simple face-to-face meeting? We can be in your little country within 24 hours.

Eric Binouyo

DEAREST LADY AGATHA,
THank you for youre prompt response .All your efforts deployed for the success of this commercial transaction are well appreciated , but the important point before you live England today I will appreciate if you could give me a call as soon as this mail is receive to enable verbal conversation with you before your arrival here within 24 hours as you promised . You cannot tell me that you're the only one in Englaznd who cannot reach me via my phone , as I had received more than three calls today from England . THis factor made me to be so reluctant . I Need to talk to you via phone or I withdraw myself out of the scene . My telephone number is 00229-94-15-33 and you can never tell me you can(t get through .
Awaiting for your call obligatory

My dear Eric,

This impasse is not helping anyone.

It is clear that you are neither professional nor thorough enough to see this transaction through.

Perhaps $50,000 is not enough, though I would imagine you could live like one of your village elders for some time on this sum.

We are prepared to give you one final chance, Eric. We want to visit you, we want to pay you handsomely - to give you what we call here your just desserts.

Where is the problem in that?

May I reiterate that we can be in your country within 24 hours. Please do hurry, old thing. Chief Um Bongo from Skull Island is on the other line.
