However, we had better continue to write in English as my French is not that wonderful and I must confess that I do not speak any of your African dialects. I asked if you preferred to correspond in French because your English is somewhat convoluted - and you didn't have the courtesy to answer the query I raised [on behalf of Lady Schmekl].
