Kelvin West

Good day,

I hope this mail meets you in good health and spirit, I am, kelvin West, a sierra Leonia. Presently, I live as a refugee in republic of SENEGAL(in west africa), with my younger sister, Sarah I am a victim of war and the son of late Chief Dr.Derick Frank West, The assassinated former assistant director of Sierra Leone gold and Diamond Mining Corporation.

My father was killed with other government officials during official Hours when the rebel troops stormed and raided the mining corporation Office at the heat of the crisis in my country. A few weeks later, the Rebels also invaded our residential building in which my mother and two Of our security men were killed in the compound while I was out for a Special research program and my younger sister was in school. I had a singular shock and trauma, which compelled us to flee from the Country to republic of Benin by the help of an army colonel, who is a Close friend of my late father, I have first degree in marketing and I would have further my education if not for the death of my parents. I have never worked to earn my living since my late parents had enough Wealth for us.

I am contacting you now because of the present difficulty i am facing. Unfortunately my father's two accounts in West Africa have recently been frozen, however this did not affect the One Hundred and Ninety Million US Dollars (us$ 190,000,000.00), which he deposited with a Security for safekeeping.

For now, I am having every information and document needed for the Collection of the deposit with the security company and I want you to Act as the beneficiary of the deposit for easy and smooth collection to your account abroad for investment purposes.

You will no doubt be adequately compensated with as well as a Percentage of the profit from investment of the fund. Also you will see to it that my sister and I come over to your country at the earliest possible time. I am making this request to you with tears in my eyes and i feel that God almighty will touch you with his spirit to listen to my cry for Help and answer me without delay. Since our breadwinner is no more and this is the only hope for life. You positive response will give me the greatest joy and relief.

God Bless you for your kind assistance we have agreed to offer you 20% of the total sum.

Seriously waiting for your urgent reply, Best regard.

Kelvin West.

Dear Mr. Pest,

Thank you for your note.

I have passed it on to three interested parties: Sir Charles Farnes Barnes (Her Majesty's financial advisor), Her Royal Highness Princess Margaret and our Head of Diplomacy, Sir Lonslo Tossov.

Feel free to contact me any time if I can be of assistance. After all, we would hate for our substantial investment funds to go West.

Yours ever,

Lady Agatha Bristol, CBE
Head of Special Operations, Foreign Office, London

Sir Charles Farnes-Barnes VC

July 13

Dear Mr West,

As you will have seen from her reply to you, Lady Agatha Bristol passed your e-mail to her to me as besides my work for the Kreplach Brothers Mercanht Bank, I am also the pro bono Bursar of the Lonslo Tossov Foundation. You can see more about the Tossov Organsiation under the Charitable Works section on: www.freewebs.com/tossovinvestments .

Your sad story touched my heart and I will gladly offer you some financial assistance until your father's large amount of money can be reclaimed.

I am prepared to offer you an interest free loan of 20,000 Slovenian silver dorks [the equivalent of slightly more than 40,000 US dollars] upon receipt of your bank details. Our transfers are made via Western Union or our West African merchant bank partners Singh, Loudlie & Offkie who are based in Accra, Ghana.

This would be an interest freeloan binding in honour only, Therefore there would be no bank charges or any fees involved. However, I would have to deduct from the loan a small amount - ten dorks - for the transmission charges.

Naturally I would welcome your assurance that when your father's fortune is finally released, you will pay back this loan.

Please contact me as soon as possible if you would like me to send this money to you.

Yours truly,
Sir Charles Farnes-Barnes VC BSc [Economics]
Chief Executive Officer
Kreplach Brothers Merchant Bank International

Dear Mr West,
My colleague Sir Charles Farnes-Barnes has passed your e-mail to me as the Chavster, Manfred and Newman Merchant Bank has specialised in retrieving funds confiscated through military coups etc.
I understand that Sir Charles has offered you twenty thousand Slovenian silver dorks as an interest free loan to be paid back only when your family's fortune has been released.
Meanwhile I would like to offer you the services of the C.S.O. - the Chavster Securities Organisation which will reclaim your money for a fee of only 15% of monies recovered. There are no up-front charges although of course I would need a letter - an e-mail will suffice - authorising the C.S.O. to act on your behalf.
Perhaps you would be kind enough to let me know if you wish to take advantage of this offer.
Yours sincerely,

I fail to see why you need any further details from me - after all as I am sending money to you, it is I who require details from you. For instance, I need to know the bank account to which the money should be sent and which method of transfer is best for your client. Also, it would be helpful if you could assure me that this business is in accordance with the Nigeria Finance and Banking Act 1998 Section 3, subsection 8. Thank you for setting my mind at ease with regard to the Nigerian Banking Act. This is not child's play, my dear sir, and we must ensure that every modality is 100% legal.

Now admittedly, my knowledge of Nigerian banking is scanty but I would have thought that there would be certain upfront fees to be paid for demurrage, storage and effall before any cash could be transferred.

If this is so then I would prefer to pay these fees now because these charges must increase on a daily basis. Perhaps you could advise me on this matter.

Dear Barrister

I am using Sir Charles Farnes' personal e-mail to contact you as I wish to inform you of a serious breach of security.

Miss Tushie Meshuganah's personal assistant MrMark Lockshen has sent me copies of e-mails passing between yourself, the Central Bank of Nigeria and Miss Meshuganah.

He has done this because Miss Meshuganah is out of the office till Monday afternoon and he is rightly concerned that US$1,200 transferred from the Kreplach Brothers Merchant Bank has not reached its destination.

Have you any further information about this business ? Is this Mr Bello to be trusted ?

Be assured that your reply will be treated in total confidence.

Yours truly,
Manfred Bowden
Chief Security Officer
Kreplach Brothers Merchant Bank International PLC

Dear Mr Mark,

Sir Charles Farnes-Barnes is on vacation until the end of August but I telephoned him art his holiday home in Portugal and he has asked me to tell you that Kreplach Brothers Merchant Bank takes any breach of trust as a matter of great concern.

Over the weekend, I used my authority to go through allof Miss Tushie Meshuganah'spapers and check all her telephone calls and e-mails which are logged by the bank.

My staff conducted a thorough investigation and Ican inform you that as far as Kreplach Brothers Merchant Bank is concerned, a transfer of US$1,200 was made to Mr Bello. Would you like me to e-mail copies of the transfer documents to you ?

I must stress that at this stage I am not accusing anyone of any deliberate acts of dishonesty. It is possible that administrative errors have occured somewhere along the line.

When Miss Meshuganah returns to the office later today, I am sure she will contact Mr Bello about this unfortunate business.

Yours truly, ManfredBowden

Dear Bello,

I have come into the office earlier than I had planned after hearing that there has been a problem with the transfer of US$1,200.

I must inform you that our head of security Mr Manfred Bowden, has completed a thorough investigation of my department and he has confirmed that according to our records, the transfer has been completed.

Whilst I stress that at this stage I am not accusing anyone of dishonesty - for there may be an adminsitrative glitch somewhere along the line - neverthless I must ask you to ensure that the money has not been misappropriated at your end.

Mr Bello,

I am not accusing anyone of dishonesty. All I am asking you to do is to check once again whether the US$1,200 MIGHT have been misappropriated.

As a fellow African [I am from Botswana] I must be frank with you. Nigerians do not have the best reputation for honesty either in our homeland or here in Europe. I sincerely hope that the cause of the missing money is an oversight [either in your office or mine] for I am sure you will agree that neither of us would benefit from any scandal.

Yours sincerely,

Tushie Meshuganah

Charles Farnes-Barnes (for the Team)

THE ANSWER IS VERY SIMPLE. YOU STUPID MUGU, DO YOU REALLY THINK THAT ANYONE WITH A GRAIN OF COMMON SENSE WOULD BE FOOLED BY YOUR PATHETIC LIES.

WE PASSED YOUR E-MAILS TO MUSWELL & HILL, OUR OWN WEST AFRICAN SECURITY AGENTS, AS MOST OF THE NIGERIAN POLICE ARE GENERALLY AS CORRUPT AS 419 SCAMMERS LIKE YOURSELF.

NOW WE KNOW EXACTLY WHO AND WHERE YOU ARE - SO BE PREPARED FOR A VISIT FROM ONE OF MUSWELL & HILL'S AGENTS BECAUSE WE DON'T TAKE KINDLY TO PEOPLE WHO TRY AND DEFRAUD THE KREPLACH BROTHERS MERCHANT BANK....
